Education & Background
Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, formerly Detroit College of Law. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Houston.
Before transitioning to private practice, Michael served as a prosecutor for more than 30 years, handling a wide range of criminal matters from misdemeanors to serious felony cases. During his career, he tried numerous cases at both the trial and appellate levels, including successful arguments before the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court.
Michael is licensed to practice law in Michigan, Illinois, and Texas, and has been practicing in Texas since 2021. Drawing on more than three decades of courtroom experience on both sides of the criminal justice system, he now focuses his practice on criminal defense, providing clients with knowledgeable and strategic representation in both misdemeanor and felony cases.
